Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, if you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please advise the spa at least four hours in advance. A no-call/no-show will be charged 10% of the services scheduled. Cancellation charges must be paid before receiving your next appointment
